Stephanie Pennacchia is a licensed professional counselor who has passion for providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Stephanie specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, and depression. She is also intensively trained by Behavioral Tech in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and provides both individual and group DBT.

Stephanie grew up in Pennsylvania, graduating from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Art in Psychology before continuing her education at Chestnut Hill College where she received a Master of Science degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology.

Since graduating, Stephanie has worked in a variety of mental health settings such as crisis work, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, as well as outpatient therapy. Stephanie enjoys working with a multi-disciplinary team, finding it beneficial to collaborate with all professions to ensure best practice and care for the client. Within therapy, Stephanie uses evidenced-based approaches including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Stephanie enjoys helping clients overcome barriers, decrease symptom use, increase coping, and ultimately help you reach your goals.
