Jen Biddle, LPC-MHSP
Director, Program Development
(She/Her)
Jen Biddle is a licensed professional counselor in Tennessee (License #3043) working from a relational, attachment-informed approach grounded in presence and lived experience. She holds advanced training in individual, couples, and trauma-informed work, and is an approved clinical supervisor. Jen also has a special interest and training in working with ADHD and autism, with a particular focus on neurodivergent-affirming care.
As Director of Program Development, Jen leads the design and growth of new specialty programming across the practice — including our growing focus on neurodevelopmental care for ADHD and autism, an area that reflects both her own clinical training and her broader vision for the practice. She brings the same relational, attachment-informed lens to program leadership that she brings to her clinical work: building programs grounded in genuine collaboration, mentorship, and long-term clinical excellence. Jen works with people who are thoughtful, sensitive, and often carrying more than they let on. Her style is warm, steady, and deeply human. She offers a space where clients don’t have to perform, explain, or have everything figured out — believing that healing unfolds through safety, honesty, and connection. She meets each client exactly where they are, at a pace that honors both pain and resilience.
