Â
Dr. Mashburn’s work is rooted in the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. She integrates evidence-based approaches, including CBT and humanistic therapy, while drawing on culturally responsive frameworks to understand each client within the context of their identities, lived experiences, and broader social systems. Her approach is intersectional, reflexive, and trauma-informed, supporting clients navigating trauma and chronic stress, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, identity development, and family or relational challenges.
