Meet Keirsten
Neurofeedback Technician
Keirsten joined our team as a Neuromodulation Technician in March 2024. She graduated from Belmont University in May 2023 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Neuroscience, with minors in Interdisciplinary Ethics and Music Business. Prior to her time here, Keirsten worked as a Clinical/Translational Research Coordinator at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, overseeing clinical drug trials for patients with multiple sclerosis. Throughout her college career, Keirsten was involved in numerous studies pertaining to emotional processing, emotional regulation, neuroimaging, and brain laterality.
Keirsten is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Western Kentucky University, which she hopes to utilize in the future to combine neurology and psychology in a clinical setting. Keirsten aims to help kids and adults become their happiest and healthiest self, and to emphasize the importance of brain health, mental health, and self-awareness in people across all walks of life.
When she’s not looking at brains, Keirsten enjoys writing, playing, and listening to music. She also enjoys exploring local parks and going to her family farm in Kentucky to visit the cows.
