Meet Molly Butler, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Molly Butler is a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric diagnostic, medication management and supportive therapy services.
Molly grew up in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University where she received both her Bachelor of Science in Child Development (2005) and Master of Science in Nursing (2006).
Molly practiced at Vanderbilt University Medical Center treating children, adolescents and young adults for 13 years. She has unique mental health experience working with young children, individuals with a history of trauma, patients in psychiatric crisis, and those with chronic and acute medical illness. She has treated patients in the outpatient and acute medical inpatient settings.
Molly is an instructor at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and enjoys educating and sharing her joy of mental health nursing with future nurses.
