Meet Laura Laine, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Laura Laine provides diagnostic, medication management and supportive therapy services. She is a Nashville native who graduated from the Ensworth School before earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Sewanee: the University of the South. Due to her love of learning and connecting with those around her, she pursued a master’s degree in Psychiatric – Mental Health nursing at Vanderbilt University. During her time at Vanderbilt, Laura was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Laura’s experience has primarily been in the treatment of adolescents and adults, both in outpatient and higher levels of care. These experiences have fostered an appreciation for a collaborative practice style and team approach for each individual client that is based in evidence. She is passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, PMDD, depression, and members of the LGBTQ+ population. Laura delivers care with compassion and believes connection and authenticity are important to build a foundation for lasting change and wellness.
